What to expect/Our Location:

To book an appointment 25% of the service you are booking is required to be paid to secure your spot.

(The remaining 75% of the service fee will be due at the end of the appointment; non refundable in case of cancelation or no show)

Tips are always optional, but much appreciated

It is recommended to come alone, without a guest as the space is small

When booking a lash or brow appointment make sure to show up with a clean face / without makeup

It’s recommended to avoid wearing contact lenses while getting your lash service as the fumes from the lash adhesive can adhere to your contacts causing redness or irritation

For new lash sets plan on your appointment possibly taking up to 3 hours

(we don’t rush things around here, we make sure we give quality service)

Lash fills may take up to 1.5 to 2 hours to complete

Payments accepted: Debit/credit card via link or tap, Apple /G Pay or cash (no change is available)

Please be punctual, but not too early as arriving late or early means your appointment may overlap on to someone else’s time, be mindful of others appointments

Ensure you do not have allergic reactions to silicone, latex or adhesives

There are always risks involved. Symptoms that could occur: Redness, soreness, discomfort, puffy eyelids, watery eyes, irritation, allergic reaction to adhesive and worse case scenario chemical burn. If any symptoms exceed 48+ hours please seek medical attention
